Bent shells

I have a 2nd Gen 9mm vector. I've shot 300 rounds thru it. Every spent shell I inspect is bent and twice I had a spent shell get crushed by the bolt as its in motion to chamber the next round. Is the distorted brass normal on vectors? Does every Vector do this on every shot? Also only with my vector I get a lot of powder blowing down into the magazine well, all my glock17 mags come out filthy by the time the clip empties. I use the same glock17 mags in my glock19 and the mags come out clean and brass looks perfectly round when firing my glock. Is this something I should contact Kriss USA about?
