I have seen similar on old KRISS prototypes, (as mentioned here) but have not found the vendor. CAA doesn't show one like that currently.

FWIW, when I click into the image you posted I get some bad website redirect with bogus MSoft "your system is infected" garbage when clicking to get a larger size. I don't know if "servimg.com" realizes what one of their "advertisers" is doing... but... viewer beware.

I think it's the advertising click-through on their end. I can click your pic posted above and get to your page that shows that image and the links... so it's not the "raw" image from your system... it's when I click on the image on that page, it went wonky for me.
