Diamond sights WAY low?

Hi.  I just shot my cali legal rifle today for the first time.  The OE sights are shooting WAY high (although dead center left/right).  I'm assuming the sights are adjusted from the factory - any reason that they could be shooting way high?  At 25 yards i'm shooting about 12 inches low (meaning I need to aim 12 inches higher).  Any simple fix for this other than re-sighting the rifle?

My rear sight took 17 clicks to move it over to hit paper at 50 feet. You could even tell just by looking at it (Rear post) that it was not even close to the center of the rear sight. If you flip the rear peep up with the big mark you can see a white reference line, mine was 2 lines over to the right. I just think they slap em on.

Mine shot low if I looked through the aperture in the rear sight. If I used the post on top of the rear sight, lined-up with the front sight post, it was pretty close.

Wish I could shoot mine with Iron sights...kinda tough to do it with 2 front sights lol...atleast I got the Eotech to use for now. Still waiting for a response from KRISS.

I sent to Customer Service last week and then Sales this week to see if I could catch one of them...I also msg'd them on face book and got a reply. Also the Registration is not working for me on the KRISS website.

After two month of argument with Kriss, I finally got a RMA to ship the rifle back. My rifle was shooting 7" low at 25 yards with sight screwed in all the way down. It seems to be a common problem for a lot of folks. It will be interesting to see how Kriss will address the problem on their hands.
