Antrax, mind taking some closer pics of your sights? Who makes them?
Re: KRISS BUIS: Magpul and MWI origins
They look like diamond head sights.

Interesting. Antrax, please take pictures. I'm curious if they say KRISS on the front.
Another OEM for KRISS USA

Raden, I think you sniffed it out! On Diamondhead's link you posted is a big picture of logos that has the KRISS logo in it with these words above it:
Diamondhead USA proudly supplies these manufacturers, distributors and operators
WHY IS THE DIAMONDHEAD INTEGRATED SIGHTING SYSTEM FASTER AND MORE ACCURATE?
During high speed, high stress shooting, the eye needs reference points. The Diamondhead Integrated Sighting System provides them. The conventional rear sight's round aperture and round (HK style) front sight housing, can make shooting at longer distances difficult and inaccurate. Remember, rear sights are blurry during aiming. The simple fact is that it is easier for the eye to find the exact center of a blurry diamond than the exact center of a blurry circle. It is even easier and quicker for the eye to find the exact center of a Diamondhead rear sight’s aperture with the added posts at the corner of the diamond. These proprietary reference posts are unique to the Diamondhead sight and are not found on any other iron sight.
The other main reason the Diamondhead (Pat. & Pat. Pend.) diamond-shaped aperture is better than a conventional round aperture is because round apertures don’t give a truly ROUND picture of the front sight and target. The front sight tower of the rifle obscures the bottom portion of the conventional rear sight round aperture. This causes the bottom part of the round aperture to be flattened – not round. The result is that it is harder for the eye to quickly make an accurate decision about how high up in this flattened circle is the exact center. Take a look at a set of conventional (round) sights to see.
The 3:00 o’clock and 9:00 o’clock corners of the Diamondhead aperture, combined with the added accuracy of the reference posts, completely eliminate this problem. Used in combination with the Diamondhead Premium DIAMOND Flip-Up Front Combat Sight or the Diamondhead Premium “Auto-Ranger” Flip-Up Front Combat Sight, there will always be a clear reference for considerably more accurate (and faster) target acquisition.

I'll "second" the request for pics from Antrax.

Thanks for posting! Yes, the rear sight changed shape from the "goal post" to a diamond shape. Is that white on the front post? If so, is that stock or did you paint it?

No white on front sight, must have been the flash

Does the EOT 512 co-witness.
And is the Diamondhead custom for Kriss or their std height sight.
Basically checking to see what co-witnesses.

It could be that the quick release of the EXPS is putting it up a little too high, probably making it a lower 1/3 co-witness. The EOTechs that are mounting "flat" on the rail seem to line up fine.Kipp wrote:Sorry I meant to say Absolute co-witness.

That is correct. My friend won a EXPS2 T dot from FNH 3 Gun staff raffle. We slapped it onto my KRISS and I saw a lower 1/3 co-witness as well. It is due to the design of the mount. it sits too high.
