Kriss Vector in The Division

Watched the E3 Video for this new game called The Division. I could not help but notice the Kriss Vector

Saint's Row: The Third has had a weapon that is clearly based off the Kriss Vector.
However, its behavior is very different. Not very stable, each shot has almost no knockdown power, uses a ton of ammo. With full ugprades to both the weapon and your character, it becomes a big timesaver given the right situation, usually taking down "brutes" at medium range.
